Through these crazy and unexpected times we are living in, I believe God is trying to speak to us now more than ever. One thing I have been constantly reminded of is that God and his love, truth and promises never change. Our God is a constant God. Isaiah 40:8 says “true, the grass withers and the wildflowers fade, but our Gods word stands firm forever.” Even when our world seems to be falling apart and anxiety overcomes us, God reminds us His word lasts forever. He tells us simply to trust in him and he will provide for us. Our God will fulfill us more then this world ever could.
I know life feels scary right now and everyday brings new challenges but the strength and light of Christ never fails. It’s in times like these, when we feel at our weakest, to remember that our God is mighty. He is with us and his grace is sufficient enough to do what he calls us to do. The power of Christ lives inside each of us. May we bring the light of Christ to a world that feels so dark. And may we love everyone around us as He does.
